This page explains what information FJ Nexus collects on this website, how we use it, and what your rights are. We keep it short on purpose.

On this website we collect: (a) information you submit via the contact form (name, email, message), and (b) basic analytics — anonymized page views and referrers — to understand which pages are useful.
№ 02What we don't collect
We don't run third-party ad pixels on this site, we don't sell your data, and we don't load tracking scripts before you've consented to them.
№ 03How we use it
Contact-form submissions are used only to reply to your inquiry. Analytics are used only to improve the site. We retain form submissions for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
№ 04Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete the data we hold about you, or to correct it. Email us and we'll action it within 7 business days.
№ 05Client engagements
When we work with you on a project, the data we hold for that engagement (briefs, source code, credentials) is governed by the master services agreement you signed, not this page.
