ERP Systems

We build domain-specific ERPs for schools and hospitals — Java + Spring Boot + PostgreSQL under the hood, with role-based access and a UI your staff will actually use without a two-week training programme.

Pharmacy module · in production at a 120-bed hospital

What's included

Specific deliverables, not vague promises.

01

School Management

Admissions, attendance, fee vouchers, exam results, report cards, parent portal, transport, and notifications — all in one platform. We've shipped this; it runs in production at schools in Islamabad and Lahore.

02

Hospital Management

OPD, IPD, doctor scheduling, pharmacy, lab requests, billing, insurance claims, and patient history in a single system. Currently in production at a 120-bed hospital in Faisalabad.

03

Role-based access & audit

Granular permissions for admins, teachers, doctors, receptionists, and parents — with full audit trails for compliance reviews. Every data change is attributable to a user and a timestamp.

04

Inventory & pharmacy

Stock levels, batch tracking, expiry alerts, purchase orders, vendor reconciliation. The pharmacy module cut stockout response from 36 hours to under 4 at our reference deployment.

05

Reporting

Daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue, attendance, occupancy, and academic performance — exportable to PDF and Excel, and email-scheduled to whoever needs them.

06

On-premise or cloud

Deploy on your own servers, on AWS, or on a managed VPS. Either way you get a written runbook so your IT team can run it without paging us at 2 AM.
